The 3 Key Principles: Sound Mind, Sound Body, Sound Spirit
Sound mind, sound body, and sound spirit: These are the 3 keys to living a balanced life. We are only as strong as our weakest component, therefore we should all strive to improve ourselves in these three areas every day. As long as you strive to improve, you will be able to look upon yourself with pride.
But enough about my life philosophy. We'll save that for a blog post some other time :) I'm here today to talk about one aspect of the 3 key principles, Sound Body.
I am very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and wish to share as much information as possible to whomever may share my passion. That being said, I will use this blog to talk about what it takes to create and maintain a sound body. I will go over basics, workout routines, nutrition and meals, genetics and their role in sound body, and anything else that I feel will help people on their journey to create a sound body.
